The service
Kriy lets professional stylists catalogue a client's wardrobe, compose looks, publish lookbooks and answer requests, and gives clients a free app to use what their stylist delivers. By creating an account you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts
An account is either a stylist or a client account, never both. Keep your sign-in email secure. A client account is opened through a stylist's invitation and is linked to one stylist at a time; accepting a new invitation ends the previous stylist's access.
Subscriptions for stylists
Stylist features require a paid subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play, which handle billing, trials, renewals, cancellation and refunds under their own terms. When a subscription lapses there is a 7-day grace period, after which the account becomes read-only: you can view but not upload, publish, invite or request suggestions. Prices and limits are shown in the app before purchase.
Client data and the stylist's responsibilities
For the data a stylist enters about a client, the stylist is the data controller and Kriy is their processor. Kriy processes that data only to provide the service, on the stylist's instructions given through the app, keeps it in the EU, uses the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy, protects it with appropriate measures, and deletes it when the stylist deletes the record or the account. Stylists must have a lawful basis to enter a client's data and must handle clients' export and deletion requests they receive; the app provides both.
Content
Once a client accepts an invitation, their wardrobe - photos, tags, reactions and the lookbooks they received - is the client's. Lookbooks a stylist has published cannot be deleted by the stylist, because they belong to the client. You keep the rights to what you upload and grant Kriy the licence needed to store, process and display it for the service, including sending photos to an AI model for tagging.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you have no right to use, content depicting people without their consent, or anything unlawful. Do not attempt to access other accounts' data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
AI features
Tags and look suggestions are produced by an AI model and can be wrong. Stylists review them; nothing generated is a professional guarantee.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account in the app at any time; deletion is immediate and permanent. We may end the service with reasonable notice, and will offer a data export before doing so.
Liability
Kriy is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
